About

First Rosendin in a generation back in the trade.

Matt Rosendin

Founder

Monterey Industrial is a one-person practice. The work, the relationships, and the reporting come from me directly.

I spent the last ten years building financial infrastructure across capital markets and software. Before me, my branch of the family had been out of electrical work for a generation. This practice is me starting in the trade — not returning to it — and bringing what a decade of operating in regulated finance teaches you about discipline.

I'm new to carrying lines as an independent rep. The customers, the principals, and the trades will know that. The work is where credibility is earned.

  • VP of Ledger at Linqto — private markets platform, on-platform assets reached roughly $1B

Family lineage

A family with roots in the industry.

I am the great-grandson of Moses Rosendin, who founded Rosendin Electric in 1919, and the grandson of Lou Rosendin, who served the company as it grew into one of the largest electrical contractors in the United States.

My branch of the family has been out of the industry for a generation. I'm the first descendant since to take up work in the trade — through a different door (a manufacturer rep practice) and on my own terms. Monterey Industrial is independent of Rosendin Electric; the connection is family, not commercial.
